National Foundation for Transplants (U.S.)
This site is useful for any U.S. citizens in New Zealand, as it outlines the financial assistance that can be provided to U.S. citizens for transplantation in the United States.  The site can accept financial online donations directed to a particular patient, or to the organisation.

Transplant Health (U.S.)
A useful U.S. site that has relevant information for pre- and post-transplant recipients of any country.  It's free but you have to register to use the site.  It targets any organ transplant, and includes informative materials about liver disease, liver transplantation, and drugs post-transplant.  In the Wellness Tools section there is a Personal Medical History module that can be completed and printed for your own records.
